Effective date: 1 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Óptima Forma, Lda (NIF 515550159) (“Optima Forma”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit optimafo.wpcomstaging.com or contact us. We are the data controller for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. What we collect

  • When you book a call or contact us. Calls are booked through Calendly, a third-party scheduler; the details you enter there (typically your name, email, and anything you choose to add) are collected and processed by Calendly. If you email us directly, we receive whatever information your message contains. We do not currently operate forms that store your data on this website.
  • Automatically, when you visit. Limited, aggregate usage data (e.g. pages viewed, approximate region from your IP, device/browser type) through our hosting and analytics provider (Jetpack), which we run in a privacy-conscious, cookieless mode. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

2. Why we use it, and our legal basis

Purpose Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
Responding to your enquiry / booking a call Steps taken at your request prior to a contract
Providing our talent-integration services Performance of a contract
Improving and securing the website Our legitimate interests
Sending updates you have opted into Your consent (withdrawable any time)

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. The site relies on a small number of service providers:

  • Calendly — scheduling. When you book a call, the details you provide are collected and processed by Calendly.
  • Automattic / WordPress.com — website hosting, infrastructure, and privacy-conscious analytics (Jetpack).
  • Google Fonts — fonts are served by Google, which may receive your IP address.

We may also disclose data where required by law.

4. International transfers

Some providers process data outside the EU/EEA (e.g. in the United States). Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contract data only as long as necessary for the purpose collected and to meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data; object to or restrict processing; request portability; and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, contact contact@optimaforma.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the “effective date” above shows the latest version.
